Coach Aubrey

Aubrey Whittier is the founder of SHOUT OUT LAX, a girls’ lacrosse training company focused on skill development, repetition, and positive coaching. With over 20 years of experience, she has coached at some of the top high school and club programs in the country and led Sidwell Friends to the 2025 ISL Tournament Championship.

A former All-American and two-sport captain at Ursinus College, Aubrey has coached more than 50 players who’ve gone on to compete at the college level, with several advancing to the professional ranks and Team USA. Through SHOUT OUT LAX, she brings elite-level coaching to players of all ages, creating empowering, high-rep, game-ready training environments designed to build confidence and love for the game.
