Quaker Quickstix is a training-only program designed for motivated girls ages 6–18. Whether you're new to lacrosse or aiming to sharpen elite skills, Quaker Quickstix delivers focused, repetition-driven training that builds confidence and game-ready performance.

Athletes are grouped by skill and/or grade, and sessions are distraction-free to maximize learning. We teach what it means to be all-in — because mastery comes from meaningful reps and mental focus.

Quaker Quickstix Fall Registration for 1st to 12th Grade
All levels welcome and open to any player from any club and any school. Session sizes are limited, so sign up early to secure your spot. Sticks and goggles are provided. A mouthguard is required.
