Spring Quaker Quickstix is a repetition and coached games program designed for motivated girls ages 6–12. Whether you're new to lacrosse or aiming to sharpen elite skills, Quaker Quickstix delivers focused, repetition-driven training that builds confidence and game-ready performance.

Athletes are grouped by skill and/or grade, and sessions are distraction-free to maximize learning. We teach what it means to be all-in — because mastery comes from meaningful reps and mental focus.

We welcome all levels, but only athletes ready to focus, commit, and work hard. This isn’t a social hour — it’s your time to grow.
SPRING Quaker Quickstix Registration for 1st to 6th Grade
All levels welcome and open to any player from any club and any school. Spring QQ is a combined session of Reps and Coached Scrimmages for 1st to 8th grade girls. Players will be split by skill and will compete in small scrimmages with instruction.
Dates:
Six Saturdays in Spring 2026: 3/7, 3/14, 4/11, 4/18, *4/25, 5/2
Times:
10-11am
*4/25 is 12-1pm (subject to change)
